If you don't already know it, the real estate busines is awful. In fact, it's the worst it's been in sixteen years. I've not made any money and all the deals I was working on have all fallen through. As a result, I had to go out and get a job. Luckily, I now have two other sources of income while I'm waiting for my real estate career to finally take off.
