Eating disorders can ruin lives and change families forever. Don't ignore the warning signs you may see in yourself or a loved one. Are you overly concerned about your body image? Do you avoid social situations where food is involved? Are you deliberately eliminating certain foods from your diet that are otherwise healthy? Are you over-exercising or worry too much if you miss exercising? These symptoms alone can signal an eating disorder, even if you haven't lost much weight or are suffering from any other medical symptoms associated with an eating disorder. Get help for yourself and your loved ones. For more information, go to a great website at http://www.something-fishy.org

The View's Rosie O'Donnell is at it again with her big mouth. It is being reported that she dissed Anna Nicole Smith on the day that she died. Sources say that she is distraught, but maybe this is a blessing in disguise and Ms. O'Donnell will finally shut that pie hole of hers once and for all. She is a boil on Barbara Walter's butt and should be lanced once and for all. However, seeing that it's Valentine's Day, I will send her best wishes for all the love she never received as a child which obviously has made her into the ogre she is today. Even ogre's need a little love though!

If you are anything like me, then your are probably so overwhelmed with multi-tasking, that shopping for birthday gifts is the last thing you want to do. Since I have a birthday coming up soon, I would simply tell my friends to make a donation in my name to http://www.wish.org. The Make a Wish Foundation has been raising money for children with cancer for years. What this organization does is give these kids a break from their cancer treatments to do the things that all other kids do and more. Since I work in a hospital where children are treated for childhood cancer, I have seen the magic that happens from this organization firsthand. You'll not only be doing something wonderful for a loved one, but some kids somewhere will get a much needed smile when their dream comes true.
